Eligibility

Access to the website is granted to adult Indian citizens only, i.e., you have to be 18 years at least to get access. For a minor trying to open an account on the site, DamruAds will deny access. The person must also be able to sign a legal contract or is not restricted by any law. If you are accessing the site for an enterprise and not an individual, you need to provide the authorization to list, post, and edit the classifieds.

Account handling

You need a user ID and password to log in to the site, and DamruAds will not be responsible if you share these personal details with someone and any breaches occur. We suggest not to trust anyone with such crucial information ever. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that DamruAds is a platform for publishing classified ads that facilitates communication between buyers and sellers across the country. This is not a platform for endorsement or promoting any brand.

Our Termination right

DamruAds assure the customers of 100% true and useful information. If any of the sellers or business houses, or collaborators provide inaccurate or old data that is irrelevant, we can limit the ad to get posted on the internet. We also check the authenticity of the accounts. If the documents and details are not enough and the company or individual fails to provide original data, we can terminate the account immediately from the site. Any company or individual using abusive language or products will also get the same treatment from the administration of DamruAds.

Using DamruAds

When using DamruAds to post your ad, make sure you choose the right genre and area as per your product or service and enjoy extra services like discussion forums, access to feedback, and others. Make sure your classified is not violating any of the policies, and you need to follow the mentioned regulations strictly-

• You must not provide any misleading, fraudulent, or illegal information regarding the product or the service.
• You must not use dissolute content or illustrations in your ad to be posted from the website.
• Don't claim to provide any services that are not your forte, and don't use other's accounts on the website.
• Don't infringe any copyright, property right, or patent of any kind.
• Make sure the content will not harm the children.
• Service providers need to abide by the existing legal system.
• Your content must not threaten India's unity and sovereignty, compatible relation with the neighbouring countries, affect public order or cause incitement to any offense or communal unrest.
